Install the agent
A single 95 KB program, about two minutes per PC. No installer, no dependencies, no window — it just checks in once a minute. It never touches the game.
Name your seats
New PCs appear on their own. Give them the names your staff use, drag them into the shape of your actual room, and mark any that are down.
Open your floor
Your own address at yourcafe.livefloor.in, your logo and colour, your staff with their own logins and only the branches they run.

Do I have to stop using the café software I already run?
No. LiveFloor runs alongside it and watches the floor independently, so you can try it without touching how you sell time today. Later on, if you want LiveFloor to handle logins and billing too, that's a decision you make when it's ready — not a condition of starting.
What do I need for it to work?
Windows PCs with an internet connection. The agent is a single small program that installs in about two minutes per machine and starts reporting immediately. If your PCs are frozen with Deep Freeze, you install it thawed once, like any other software.
Will it slow the gaming PCs down?
No. It has no window, no tray icon and nothing to click. It looks at which programs are running once a minute and sends a few hundred bytes. It never touches the game.
Can my staff see everything?
Only what you allow. Owners see every branch, managers see the branches you assign them, and floor staff see the floor. Money and settings stay with the owner.
How do I pay, and what happens if I stop?
You buy hours in advance by UPI or bank transfer and they draw down as your floor is used. If you stop topping up, your dashboard goes read-only — your data stays, your agents keep reporting, and everything comes straight back when you top up again. You can export everything as CSV at any time.
Who is behind it?
LiveFloor is built by people who run a gaming café. Every part of it was written for a real floor, with real staff and real customers, and used there before it was offered to anyone else.
When does it launch?
When it's finished. We'd rather open late with everything working than early with half of it, so we're not putting a date on the website. Leave your email and we'll come to you with a date and a rate — not a mailing list.
